Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur

Customs, Duties and Taxes

taweez.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

taweez.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

All of our shipping is free. We ship worldwide. We do offer international shipping to most countries in the world, but due to dynamic situation in the world there are changes at the moment to the countries that can be served by the postal services. If you purchase item and we cannot deliver to your country - we will inform you and refund you. All international shipping is done with standard postal services. We provide tracking number for all of sthe shipments. For the region of Europe Union (EU), the usuall shipping time is 7-12 days, for UK - the shipping time is 7 - 12 days usually, and outside EU is 2-3 weeks.
